In 2015, I had a contract with CenturyLink to function as a Multimedia Courseware Developer and Instructional designer. I was given free rein to help develop internal training content teaching the basics of operating a communications company and how to position offerings to their intended audience.

I was able to develop multiple interactive modules in Adobe Captivate with additional animation from Adobe Animate. Not only did I make some of the most engaging and memorable materials released, but my UX design for the modules became standardized and reused multiple times across the team. Using the CenturyLink color palettes and fonts, I created multiple button, background, and iconography that became ubiquitous with the CenturyLink brand. Here are a few of my favorite elements and layouts for “gamified” training that I worked on.
